Aerial Yoga

Sky Stretching

Sky Stretching is a flexibility and muscle strengthening workout using suspended fabric hammocks. During aerial stretching sessions, you'll truly disconnect from the ground!

Being weightless, you'll relieve the load on your spine, release tension, and improve coordination. The natural decompression of the spine in the hammock reduces stress on the back and neck, which is particularly beneficial for individuals with a sedentary lifestyle.

Sky Stretching is suitable for anyone looking to maintain their body tone, regardless of their fitness level. We await you in the hammock!

Stretching Split

Our flexibility training program includes exercises to stretch muscles, ligaments, and increase joint mobility. Special attention is given to achieving the splits.

What to expect in this workout:

  • We stretch the major muscle groups and work on all joints, including those rarely used in everyday life.

  • Through breathing and relaxation, we'll relieve accumulated discomfort and tension in the body, significantly expanding the available range of motion.
